Is it possible that our little October baby hates hayrides and pumpkin patches!? I think so.
On Saturday we went to our town's "Octoberfest". We were in line to go on a hayride to pick pumpkins when Caroline decided to have a meltdown. I'm talking crying so hard she couldn't catch her breath, snot streaming out of the nose meltdown. Needless to say, we had to leave.
On Sunday we decided to try a different Pumpkin Patch. Caroline seemed to be having a great time when we first got there. She was playing on the swing set with Daddy, making friends with a little boy, it was all good. We even made it onto the hayride and all the way out to the pumpkin patch. But at the sight pumpkins, she lost it. Yep, another meltdown. Daddy quickly picked out 2 pumpkins and then headed back through the cornfields with a screaming Caroline while Mommy waited with the rest of the families (and their happy pumpkin loving kids) for the hayride back to the farm.
Sadly I don't have any cute pumpkin patch pictures (I even dressed her up in cute little fall-ish outfits -- as fall as an outfit can be when it's almost 80 degrees). Here is what I got...
She doesn't have an issue with wooden pumpkins...

LOL, poor little Caroline. :)
Hahaha! I love that last picture! At least you got a picture of her with the wooden pumpkins. That one is adorable.
