Dawn and Jere

Yesterday Caroline got to visit with Dawn and Jere (Mimi's sister and brother-in-law). They were visiting from MN. The last time that Caroline saw Dawn and Jere was on the day that she was born! Caroline had so much fun spending time with them.

Princess Caroline Throws a Tantrum

Princess Caroline is usually very happy

But occasionally one of Princess Caroline's peasants (Mommy) has to tell her "No" and that upsets her

Her royal highness gets so upset, that she can't even stand to look at Mommy

"I demand thee stop taking pictures with thy camera!"

This Princess thing is overrated

But there is nothing a little milk, kitty, and Sir Elmo can't fix :)

New Sandbox!

Now that we have a yard (it isn't big, but compared to our old "strip" of grass, it seems huge) and Caroline is a big girl, we decided to get her a sandbox. She loves it!! Here are some pictures of her playing in her new crab sandbox from Sunday.

Finally - Warm Weather!!

Today Mommy and Caroline took advantage of the gorgeous weather by taking a trip to the park with our friends Jess, baby Gracie, and our new friends Carly and Delainey. Clearly Caroline had fun... :)

Future Track Star?

Today Caroline, Mommy, Mimi, and Poppop went to Granddad's track meet. Not only was it the first track meet of the season, it was also Granddad's birthday. He loved the surprise and even took Caroline out on the track. She felt pretty cool :)

Hands-On-House

On Sunday Mommy and Caroline went to the Hands-On-House with some of Mommy's friends and their toddlers. Caroline had so much fun and she definitely took the idea of "hands on" literally. She wanted to get into everything, even if other kids were already playing with it. We need to work on the concept of sharing. :) Overall it was a really fun day, and both Caroline and Mommy were exhausted after we left.
