Just wanted to add a few more pictures from this past weekend. Caroline was all dressed up b/c it was her Pop's 50th birthday! :)

Caroline still needs Mommy and Daddy's hands to walk, but...

...she is starting to stand all by herself!


Caroline stood by herself for the first time a few weeks ago. It was only a few seconds, but it was still exciting. Since then, she has continued to practice standing on her own. Each time, it seems to last longer. She even stood up from a sitting position all by herself with NO HANDS while we were at the beach. What a big girl!

Ocean City - Family Pics

We just got back from our first family vacation and it was so much fun! We headed to Ocean City, MD to meet up with my mom and her 2 college roommates (they have been doing this for over 20 years!). It was Caroline's first time at the beach and she absolutely loved it! She is such a beach baby. She loved the sand (a little too much), the ocean, and she also loved having lots of people around to adore her :)

Thursday Fun

Our friends, Tiff, Mike, and Haylee (and baby Carli) were back in town and we got to see them on Thursday. Want to know how happy we were to see them? Check out Caroline's smile? :)

Caroline took a dip in Mike's parent's pool. Although it was a quick dip because it wasn't quite warm enough for a full-on swim.


After her brief time in the pool, Caroline decided she would rather just *walk* around the pool and show off her cute self.

Then it was posed picture time. Here are Caroline and Mommy with Tiff, Haylee, and Carli (the bump).

When it was time for the girls to get their picture taken, they first had to check each other out...
Caroline warmed up to Haylee very quickly. Haylee still wasn't quite sure about this little baby touching her...

Thankfully Caroline's Daddy came to Haylee's rescue and scooped Caroline up before she could completely tackle her. :)
It was such a fun day. We just wish we could see them more often :(

Random

It has been a busy week and I know I haven't really blogged this week, so here are a few random Caroline pictures.

Last Saturday Caroline went on her first trip to the Zoo. Mommy and Caroline met up with 4 of our Mommy and Baby friends for a fun (and hot) day checking out the animals. Although I think Caroline was much more interested in the other babies than the animals (although who could blame her, the most interesting animal at the Hershey Zoo is a prairie dog! :) ).

Last weekend *Aunt* Katie came to visit. Caroline had so much fun crawling all over Katie and pulling her hair :)

Here is Caroline showing off her big girl smile. She now has 4 teeth and it looks like there are a few more on the way. Where has our little girl gone!!??

Happy Father's Day

Caroline had a wonderful Father's Day with her Daddy. Although the morning started out a bit rough (a tired teething baby can be a challenge), the afternoon was a lot of fun. We went to lunch at one of our favorite restaurants, TJ Rockwells. It was the perfect day to sit on the deck! After lunch we headed to another one of our favorite places...Chocolate World! You can't go wrong with chocolate :)

Caroline has now cut her 4th tooth!! She has 2 teeth on the bottom (both in the middle), 1 of her middle top teeth, and now the smaller tooth next to that top tooth has cut through the gums. If you look closely at the pictures, you may be able to spot 3 of the 4 teeth. What a big girl!
